PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
Bamberg County Council will hold third reading and a public hearing on a Bamberg County Ordinance REVISING AND RE-CODIFYING BAMBERG COUNTY ORDINANCE NO. 19-14-2 ENTITLED THE “FLOOD DAMAGE PREVENTION ORDINANCE”, AS ORIGINALLY CODIFIED IN CHAPTER 20 OF THE code of Ordinances, Bamberg County, South Carolina. All interested persons will be given an opportunity to express their views on the proposed ordinance at this time.
The public hearing will occur at a meeting of Bamberg County Council on Tuesday, November 10, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of Bamberg County Council, Bamberg County Courthouse Annex – Isaiah Odom Building, Room 113.
