NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the County Council for Bamberg County will conduct a public hearing and third reading of the following: a hearing will be held in the County Council Chambers, located in the Bamberg County Courthouse Annex, Isaiah Odom Building, located at 1234 North Street, Bamberg, South Carolina 29003, beginning at 6:00 p.m. on January 5, 2026. Any person(s) wishing to submit written comments may submit them to the County Administrator no later than 12:00 p.m. (noon) on January 5, 2026, or to the email address of: info@bambergcounty.sc.gov.
Ordinance Authorizing the Execution and Delivery of a
Fee-In-Lieu of Tax Agreement by and Among Bamberg

with the Three Rivers Solid Waste Authority (“Authority”)
to Extend the Term Thereof Through 2050, Update
Tonnage Commitments and the Increase in Annual Tipping
Fees; Authorizing the Issuance by the Authority of its
Revenue Bonds in an Amount not to Exceed $30 Million
to Fund the Construction of a New Phase; and Other
